Accommodation Supplies offers Credit Accounts (subject to status) to companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
To order at AccommodationSupplies.co.uk you don’t need to be a business or have a trade account, but for some accommodation providers a trade account may be beneficial.
When you open an Accommodation Supplies Credit Account you can place orders via the internet straight on to your invoicing account. You will then be invoiced for any order placed on-line, via phone, fax, or in person. Once you have been assigned an account number, all we need to activate your web ordering facility is your email address and you are good to start ordering your accommodation supplies and inventory products.
To open a trade account, print off the following form and return to us via post, in person or fax back on 0117 934 1270 to our Accounts Team.

Paying by Account
You click the ‘Pay By Account’ button to complete your order after you have selected the inventory and cleaning products you want. This saves you the hassle of entering credit and debit card information and any charges associated with using a card. Once this is done your cleaning and inventory order is picked in our Accommodation Supplies’ warehouse and dispatched. You will be invoiced after you have received your cleaning products and inventory supplies, helping you to manage your credit flow and budgets.

View accurate pricing, including any negotiated contract prices, and see full pictures and descriptions of cleaning products and inventory, so you can be sure you are ordering the correct products every time!
Ordering for Multiple Facilities
If you are responsible for placing cleaning and inventory orders for several different locations, we can set up your login information to allow you to select different addresses for delivery. Through one account you can order for multiple serviced accommodation sites in any city, holiday parks throughout the country or even different blocks in your university halls of residence.
If you are responsible for a team placing orders, budget limits can be set so that cleaning & inventory orders can’t be placed until they have been authorised. Our comprehensive budget management area allows for various configurations, giving you the flexibility to decide how you would like your teams to place their cleaning and inventory supply order and within what limits. Your Accommodation Supplies Account Manager will determine your requirements and get this set up for you.
Ability To Save an Order
Until you have completed an order the information is held in the ‘Order Management’ area. You can then revisit this at a later date to complete or amend. All completed cleaning & inventory product orders are saved in this area, allowing you to send the same order or make adjustments.
Repeat Order Function
In the Order Management section you can view past orders. With a click of a button this can be re-ordered or you can use a past order template and make adjustments either by changing quantities or adding and removing products.
Access to Great Monthly Offers
We regularly offer our customers great discounts and offers on cleaning products and inventory supplies. Account customers are sent these offers automatically so you will benefit from some fantastic cost savings and be the first to know of new product launches and tips, as well as advice related to your sector.
